14 East Park Road is an extrordinarily beautiful stone home, and is incredibly large in space. Pretty much as long as it has existed, it has been an apartment complex and rented out to multiple households at once.

History
The home existed as early as 1908, as it's shown on a 1908 map of Haverford Township, and it is probably the same home from the 1897 atlas of Haverford, which lists the Kennedy family as its owners. In 1913 it's listed as belonging to "Brinton" in the Atlas. In 1919, it is featured during a sale of a "7 room house", which is later changed to say an "8 room house".
1920 census: Missouri-born automobile salesman Charles is living with his family and Texan boarder.

Charles died in 1924 of a cardiac embolism, and the family moved prior to the 1930 census. A "Mr. Cottingham" (the now-husban of the Wells' eldest daughter Mildred is listed as living the home in 1923. The Wells' daughter Mary was married in 1925.
1930 census: (Probably unrelated) Herbert Wells is living with his wife Lucy, along with Maryland-origin electrical engineer Spencer & wife, and reporter Esther.

Up to 1951, Charles E> Fogg lived tehre when he died. The Cottingham family lived in there at least as late as 1957 when Harrison, Sr. died. Around 1962, the McKay family lived there, and in 1967, the Bushey family lived there. In 1972, Elsie Hall, the resident of the home at the time, died.
In 1981, John Policella and his wife purchased the home for $115,000. In 2001, they sold it to Helen Alden for $305,000. In 2005, she sold the home to Daniel Doogan for $609,000, before he sold it in 2021 for $730,000.
